  • 本研究主要利用廣角 X 光繞射 (WAXD) 、小角X光散射 (SAXS) 及廣角 X光掠入射 (GIWAXS)。探討由兩種不同的高分子,結晶性高分子 Poly(1,4 butylene adipate)(PBA) 與非結晶性高分子Poly(vinyl chloride)(PVC)混摻後,以solvent casting 方法製成薄膜,薄膜經由單軸拉伸後再使結晶性高分子 (PBA) 在不同拉伸倍率下進行結晶化,使PBA在不同的溫度結晶形成 α-form (35oC) 與β-form (10oC)。實驗觀察到在低拉伸倍率時 (2x~3x),是由高分子鏈軸 (C 軸)平行拉伸方向,晶板排列方向是沿著拉伸方向排列;當拉伸倍率提高時 (4x~5x),PBA α-form 轉變為 b 軸平行拉伸方向,而 PBA β-form 則是改變成 a 軸平行拉伸方向,晶板排列方向則是垂直拉伸方向而排列。


    In this study, the orientation induced crystallization of Poly(1,4 butylene adipate)(PBA) and Poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) blends under uniaxial drawing was mainly discussed by using synchrotron wide angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD), small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) and grazing incident wide angle X-ray scattering (GIWAXS) analyzes. Then, the effects of draw ratio on the crystal structure of PBA are quite different from those of ordinary drawn samples i.e. the crystalline chains orients toward drawing direction. Besides, the polymorphic phase transition of PBA crystal depends not only on crystallization temperature but also on draw ratio. The c-axis parallels to the drawing direction at lower draw ratios on and PBA crystals show both α- and β- forms. By contrast, the b-axis of PBA α-crystal was found to be parallel with the drawing direction; meanwhile the a-axis orientation of PBA β-crystal appeared to be parallel with the drawing direction at higher draw ratios.
