本研究以臺灣上市櫃股票作為研究對象，探討「臺灣公司治理100指數」透過證交所與櫃買中心共同委託證基會，評鑑篩選出「富邦臺灣公司治理100 ETF」（00692）之成分股，在特定的研究區間內，是否超越臺灣五十（0050）證券報酬。
實證結果顯示，本論文研究，透過公司治理評鑑條件篩選出的「富邦臺灣公司治理100基金ETF」（00692）並再配合運用夏普比率（Sharpe Ratio）及特雷諾指數（Treynor）評價公式分析，以研究期間內，每日股價收盤之報酬平均數取樣本，顯示公司治理評鑑良好公司對於股票超額報酬解釋，確實為正相關，績效大於臺灣五十（0050），亦受股票市場投資人之青睞。
綜上，公司治理評鑑已舉辦第五屆，隨著公司治理評鑑結果逐年修正以及資訊揭露更透明化，可提供額外投資人選股決策參考，亦可多管道觀察上市櫃公司之優劣，進而增加投資人的信賴。

In this research, we use Taiwan-listed company at stock/counter exchange market as the research object. Also discussing the "Taiwan Corporate Governance 100 Index" through the stock exchange and the counter buying center to jointly commission the Securities Foundation to evaluate and select the components of "Fubon Taiwan Corporate Governance 100ETF" （00692）. We will continuously evaluate “100ETF”（00692） performance if it really outperform Taiwan Fifty （0050） securities within our specific research period.
The experimental results has shown in this thesis. The survey samples are taken from the daily average stock price closed returns on investment during the research period. We obtain an important result that companies with good corporate governance evaluations are positively related to the stock returns. In the other hand, the selected of “Fubon Taiwan Corporate Governance 100 Fund ETF” （00692） based on the corporate governance evaluation conditions with applying “Sharpe Ratio” and “Treynor formula”, the operation performance is obviously greater than “50 ETF （0050）”. Naturally, it has become a key point for stock market investors.
In conclusion, the fifth session of corporate governance evaluation has been held. As the results of corporate governance evaluation are revised year by year and more transparent information disclosed. It can provide additional reference not only for investors to make their stock selection but also used for observing the Pros and Cons of listed companies through multiple ways.
