本研究旨在探討綠色資源在城市中新建社會住宅地面層景觀中的角色，尤其關注開放空間的共享。面對氣候變遷和都市熱島效應對生活方式的影響，以及疫情時代對開放空間使用頻率和需求的變化，本研究試圖重新思考城市綠色資源開放空間的規劃和設計。
透過文獻回顧、案例分析及設計規畫構想到可執行施作方案。透過重新定義開放空間的概念和使用者需求，並促進城市綠色資源的合理利用。規劃塑造新綠帶與開放空間，與鄰里共享使用、創造友善人行空間、微氣候調整等操手法，提供都市良好開放空間供讓社會大眾有適當距離尺度使用。
本研究建議社會住宅地面層景觀做為開放空間使用，集中設置綠帶保留一定完整的綠帶面積，可以對基地內氣候為調節及基地保水涵養地下水源等作用。友善行人空間包括建築量體退縮減少視覺壓迫感、選擇葉片面積大種植雙排喬木形成綠廊遮蔭，利用軟性空間綠帶及綠籬界定邊界，增加視覺穿透，提供友善鄰里綠色共享空間。透過適當的設計和規劃，可以創造出具有最大效益的安全舒適開放空間，提升社區居民的生活品質和幸福感。

This study aims to explore the role of green resources in the ground-level landscape of newly constructed social housing in urban areas, with a particular emphasis on the sharing of open spaces. Faced with the impact of climate change and the urban heat island effect on lifestyles, as well as the changes in the frequency and demand for open space use during the pandemic era, this study seeks to reconsider the planning and design of urban green resource open spaces.
Through literature review, case analysis, and design planning concepts, the study aims to develop actionable implementation plans. By redefining the concept of open space and addressing user needs, the study seeks to promote the rational utilization of urban green resources. The planning involves shaping new greenbelts and open spaces, facilitating their shared use with the neighborhood, creating pedestrian-friendly spaces, and adjusting microclimates, thereby providing well-designed open spaces for the public to use with appropriate distancing.
The study suggests that the ground-level landscape of social housing be utilized as open space, with a centralized arrangement of greenbelts that preserve a certain designated green area. This can contribute to climate regulation within the site and aid in water retention and groundwater replenishment. Pedestrian-friendly spaces include architectural setbacks to reduce visual oppression, the selection of large-leafed trees planted in double rows to create shaded green corridors, the use of soft spaces such as greenbelts and hedges to demarcate boundaries, enhance visual transparency, and provide a friendly neighborhood green shared space. Through appropriate design and planning, it is possible to create safe and comfortable open spaces that maximize benefits, thereby enhancing the quality of life and well-being of community residents.
