  臺灣能源政策因應國際趨勢改變,2025年再生能源發電占比將增加到20%,大量再生能源併網會導致電網穩定度下降,因此台電於電力交易平台徵求輔助服務。
  本文旨在設計可以參加電力交易平台中輔助服務之儲能管理系統,並減少操作員使用難易度,故選用監控與資料蒐集系統結合可程式邏輯控制器為架構進行開發,以台電輔助服務之能力測試,檢驗本文儲能管理系統之控制策略,並能成為電力交易平台之合格交易者。


 In response to changes in international trends, Taiwan's energy policy is expected to increase the proportion of renewable energy generation to 20% in 2025. The integration of a large amount of renewable energy into the grid will lead to a decrease in grid stability. Therefore, Taiwan Power Company seeks auxiliary services on the power trading platform.
The purpose of this thesis is to design an energy storage management system that can participate in auxiliary services in power trading platforms and reduce the difficulty for operators to use. Therefore, the supervisory control and data acquisition combined with programmable logic controller is selected as the framework for development. Use the ability test of Taipower's auxiliary services to test the control strategy of the energy storage management system in this thesis and become a qualified trader on the power trading platform.
