The aim of this study is to support the contractor's decision on which project to take from several choices. When selecting a new project, several factors that affect the company's cash flow must be considered. The contractor mostly has multiple projects, good financial management for one project with another project, while also company operations expenses, is required. The SIMUL8 program will be used to execute the simulation of the model proposed in this study. First, SIMUL8 will give a cash flow simulation for the construction process. After that, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is used to examine the factors that have the highest priority in influencing the cash flow. The results of expert judgment are used to provide an AHP weight or an evaluation of these factors. Furthermore, once the consistency of the AHP weight for the cash flow factors is met, the calculation was continued with Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) to find out the best project sequence. Finally, this research can provide recommendations for contractors when selecting new projects.
