根據行政院主計統計,台灣農業勞動人口的年齡逐年攀升,同時2020年初爆發的新冠疫情對全球農產品市場產生了巨大衝擊。在這樣的情勢下,各國的糧食自給率變得尤為重要,為了因應這些挑戰,台灣行政院農委會積極推動各項農業轉型之計畫,在這之中智慧農業科技廠商扮演了不可或缺的角色。
本研究以個案研究的方法,並採取多重個案的方式,以靈巧能力的觀點,探索智慧農業科技廠商如何利用其科技框架所識別之物質性,並且透過組織的靈巧能力,幫助農業領域達到可供性實現,進一步使科技賦能,促進農業的可持續發展。
本研究以智慧農業科技廠商為研究對象,個案包括:鍠麟機械、農識國際、智食良果。透過分析三間個案公司,探討組織如何利用核心能力,及開發關係資源,在農業領域達到可供性實現,將其技術與能力落實應用。本研究提出一套「智慧農業的可供性實現之歷程」之架構,透過此理論架構,能夠為智慧農業領域提供有價值的洞察和建議,進一步推動智慧農業領域的升級與發展。
According to the statistics from the Directorate-General of Budget, Accounting and Statistics of the Executive Yuan, the average age of Taiwan's agricultural workforce has been increasing year by year. The outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic in early 2020 has had a significant impact on the global agricultural market. In this situation, the rate of food self-sufficiency has become particularly important for countries worldwide. To cope with these challenges, the Council of Agriculture under Taiwan's Executive Yuan has been actively promoting various agricultural transformation plans, in which smart agriculture technology companies play an indispensable role.
This study adopts a case study approach and utilizes multiple cases to investigate how smart agriculture technology companies identify materiality within their technological frames. Additionally, how organizations use their Ambidexterity capabilities to actualize affordances, thereby facilitating the digital transformation of agriculture and promoting the sector's sustainable development.
Huang Lin Machinery, Smartagr Integration Service, Kiao Farming are the main research subjects. The study analyzes how they exploitation their core ability and exploration the relational network resources , this research proposes a framework of " The process of affordance actualization in smart agriculture", By utilizing this theoretical framework, valuable insights and recommendations can be provided for the field of smart agriculture, further promoting its advancement and development.
