高齡化的趨勢及少子化的家庭發展，高齡長者變成白天獨居、無人照護，承擔自身安全及健康問題，或需高額費用尋找合適日照中心之專業照護。本研究以居家安全與健康照護系統之發展歷程，進行歸納分析，並以新光保全公司為研究案例，探討產品設計介面、高齡長者使用習慣及雲端照護平台提供之服務創新模式及商業模式分析。本研究採用物聯網技術，探索高齡者的商業服務模式，找到商業模式的價值主張，提供滿足高齡者需求之安全與安心的雲端照護平台。本研究所提出之高齡長者需求觀察與商業服務模式，將有助銀髮市場龐大商機之營運，並可結合異業專長，提供一條龍式高齡者服務鏈，創造高齡者服務之藍海市場。

The low birth rate and aging trend result in the elderly to be either alone in home for their own safety and health concerns, or to be helped by professional care centers with high cost. In this study, home security and development in the healthcare system of SKS Inc. is investigated to resolve this issue. A case study is conducted to explore product design for the elderly and service business model using cloud platform. In this study, the Internet of Things technology is used in the service procedure. The business service model provided by the case firm enables a silver market growth, by combining different industry experts to provide one-stop service chain for the elderly population.
