人類為求更好的生活環境,不斷向大自然爭取生存空間,帶給環境無限的衝擊與變遷,全球暖化日益嚴重,在這樣的情況下,綠建築儼然成為現代新建築的趨勢。
在台灣許多建築嚮往申請美國LEED綠建築認證,但往往在建築設計圖完成後,才能計算出該建案是否可以取得綠建築認證。
本研究希望在建築師規劃設計前,依照設計者或業者的期望認證等級,透過資料庫提供數個建議設計材料設備方案,讓建築設計能取得認證。將來甚至可以透過此方案連結至成本評估系統、碳足跡系統。因綠建築認證LEED有許多條文與建築物理有相關性,例如:日照、熱舒適性。將外在環境因子至內部建築材料因子都考量進系統中,透過模擬才能得出能耗結果,故本研究提議利用案例式資料庫來找出原先需透過模擬得出之結果,進而提供業者在規畫設計圖前的設計資訊。
Buildings can have both positive and negative impacts to its surrounding. Green building emerges as a solution to the problem of creating a sustainable environment for human being by reducing negative impacts of a building. The answer to the problem is often proposed by applying certification of green building rating system. LEED is one of the most well-known rating system around the world, and to get this certification, buildings have to follow several design rules and suggestion.
Simulation results are collected to create a database that will be used to propose design suggestion, especially during preliminary stage of a design. This could help designers especially in gaining insights of building physics aspect, such as daylight and thermal comfort design suggestions. Both external and internal factors of a building are considered in the system that this research provide. This will help architectural designer to get suggestion about the most suitable material and equipment to be used by using the CBR database. Moreover, it can be linked to cost assessment and carbon footprint system in the future which can help the designer even more.
