In this paper, we propose three decentralized closed-loop supply chain models with remanufacturing to examine the supply chain members decisions under different models and the competition scenarios. We find the optimal profits and remanufacturing policies of supply chain members through developing the mathematical formula. In contrast to previous works : (1) The quality of remanufactured products is not as good new products, (2) The
new products and remanufactured products compete with each other at the retailing prices and the quality levels. Four competition scenarios are : (1) both price and quality competition, (2) competition on price only, (3) competition on quality only and (4) the absence of both competition. We assumed that supply chain members are engaging in a Stackelberg game in
the two–echelon supply chain. Further, we give some conclusions and the extensions of this research.
