  • 自2006 年亞馬遜推出彈性運算雲端服務,Google提出「雲端計算」的概念,正式宣告雲端運算世代的來臨,雲端運算技術發展至今已是一個非常成熟的技術。雲端運算依據提供的部署模式可分為公有雲,私有雲、混合雲和社群雲,許多大型企業也思考採用雲端運算發展資訊系統,可以利用雲端運算優點讓資訊設備更有效運用、簡化設備管理、縮短資訊系統上線時程、資訊系統運作更穩定,基於企業必須對其運算資源的控制要有主控權、資訊安全與法規限制等因素考量,企業對其雲端運算部署方式以建置私有雲為目標。企業IT 人員如何正確將資訊設備基礎架構規劃與導入私有雲,以提供資訊系統穩定的運作環境,並達到資訊設備資源最高使用效益的目標,為企業IT 部門必須審慎思考的課題。
    本研究的目以一個案研究,蒐集與分析個案公司資訊系統基礎架構導入私有雲之前置規劃事項與導入方法,預期導入中會面臨的問題與解決方案,及導入後預期效益,提出一套資訊系統基礎架構雲端化運用於企業的架構,供其他準備導入的企業參考,可縮短導入的時間,了解導入的方法、面臨的問題與投資效益。透由本研究也確實了解資訊系統基礎架構導入私有雲,個案公司可以完全掌握資訊設備控制權,也可以擁有雲端運算有效使用資源、彈性提升、節省成本、快速部署資訊系統等優勢,在企業資料安全性或法規規範皆可獲得保障。


    Since 2006, Amazon launched the cloud computing service and Google proposed "cloud computing" concept, these officially announced the advent of cloud computing generation. Now a day cloud computing technology has been a very mature technology. Cloud computing based on the deployment model can be divided into public cloud, private cloud, mixed cloud and community cloud. Many large enterprises also consider the use of cloud computing information system, where you can take the advantages of cloud computing information equipment more efficiently, simplify equipment management, shorten the information system development period, and operate the information system in a more stable way. Since the enterprises often need to handle and monitor the computing resources, information securities, regulatory restrictions and other factors, realizing private cloud computing deployment becomes the enterprise’s goal. IT departments must carefully consider how to plan and implement information infrastructure into a private cloud platform correctly, in order to provide a stable environment for information systems and reach the maximizing efficiency of information resources for the enterprises.
    The target of this study is to survey and analyze the pre-assessment and methodology of turning case company’s IT system infrastructure into the private cloud platform, to resolve the possible problems and solutions, to disclose the expected benefits, to build a solution of IT private cloud infrastructure for the enterprises, and to provide it as a reference for other enterprises. These can help to shorten the implement schedule, to understand the implement methodology, the problems and expected benefits. Through understanding the information system infrastructure transferring into the private cloud, this study found that if the case company can fully control their information equipment, it can own the advantages of effectiveness, flexibility, cost-savings, and rapid deployment of information infrastructure, also assure data securities or regulatory for the enterprises.
