在市場全球化、產品多元化的衝擊下，企業為了取得競爭優勢無不積極提出各項因應措施，並思考著何以提昇企業的效率與靈活性，而「速度」始終是致勝的關鍵因素。透過快速掌握資訊與反應能力，以確保組織內所有的應用程式與人員，都能取得最新的正確資訊，來維持企業活動與資訊分配的即時進行，並能讓公司在問題與機會產生時立即予以回應，於是企業開始採用各相關套裝軟體與服務。
但中小企業在建構資訊系統初期，礙於經費限制大多購買客製化程度不深的套裝軟體，導致某些功能、表單無法完全以使用者觀點為導向，形成管理上的盲點。
本研究探討的範圍著重在生產流程前端的生產供料管控，以企業應用整合的觀點出發，針對相關人員實際所遭遇的供料管理問題作討論，並以企業內部既有資訊系統資料層為基礎，透過企業應用整合工具所開發管控模組做跨系統的整合，最後擷取重要資訊形成管理報表，以提升企業內部的資訊價值，並提供給生產供料相關人員作為管理決策參考，幫助掌握物料的狀況，降低供料異常發生的機率。

Under the pluralistic impact of globalization, enterprises propose several strategy to make the competition advantage, and think how promote the efficiency and flexibility of enterprises, and 「the speed」 is the key factor of winning victory all the time. Through grasping information and reaction ability fast, so as to ensure all application program and personnel, can make the latest correct information, to maintain the going on immediately of the enterprise activity and information distribution, and make the company react immediately while emerging in question and chance, then enterprises begin to adopt every relevant package and service. But in the beginning of building information system, the package with less degree customization makes a leak in management.
This paper focus on the material available for product, it views on enterprise application integration and realistic material management problem. We integrate intra-organization information from different data source by Excel VBA to promote information value, and offer administrative decision to the relevant personnel of material for grasping the state of the material and reducing the probability of the material to unusually happening.
