  •   隨著資訊科技的蓬勃發展,資訊科技大大提升企業運作效率,但組織內部依舊有許多待解決的問題,像是每個人對於資訊掌握度不同,造成人與人之間資訊不對稱性進而無法協同合作,系統也由於組織需求日益增多與獨立運作性,讓組織人員越來越難以操作控制,這些問題已成為組織的內部邊界,如何突破邊界使資訊能完全流通讓企業在長期經營下能保持競爭力是當今重要的議題之一。
      所幸近年來社群媒體的出現,提供建立網絡與存取內容的能力,使人與人和人與系統間能拉近距離並讓資訊存取更便利改善部分的問題,企業在內部的運用上根據本研究的文獻回顧發現過去學者多探討導入社群媒體的途徑,但不足的是作業依舊得回到既有的資訊系統上。因此本研究以質性研究為研究方法,透過個案研究作為研究思路探討企業如何透過資訊科技能力作為通透基礎來實踐企業社群媒體,並藉由企業社群媒體能力驅動強化資訊科技能力產生之特性使企業突破內部各項邊界,最後達成資訊通透。
      本研究探討個案對象-長春石化之企業社群媒體iSender,將其發展企業社群媒體以達成資訊通透分為需突破組織內人際、操作與資訊三個邊界,分別以資訊科技能力觀點觀察組織如何透過基礎建設與積極態度建立通透基礎來實踐企業社群媒體,並以企業社群媒體能提供建立網絡與存取內容的能力對組織的影響來驅動強化既有的資訊科技能力,最後透過其所形成的互操作性、情境化、資訊敏捷性三個特性來使組織突破各項邊界,歸納出一套「發展企業社群媒體以達成資訊通透之架構」供其他企業作為參考依據。


      With the growing development of information technology, the operation in enterprise has become more efficiency. But there are still some problems to be solved within the organization, such as differences in the information mastered among people that will lead to asymmetric information in projects collaboration. Also, because of the increasing demand and independance of systems, they are more difficult to be controled. These problems have become the internal boundaries of the organization. Therefore, how organization to achieve information fluidity by breaking boundaries has become one of the important issues that can maintain the long-term business competition.
      Fortunately, the emergence of social media provides the ability to establish networks and access content so that people and people to system can be closer and access information more conveniently. But they still need to use the existing information systems when working. Therefore, this study uses qualitative research as a research method, through case study to explore how the enterprise use IT capabilities as a basis for the practice of social media. And by social media to enable it, there will be some characteristics that can make organization achieve information fluidity.
      This study explores the case object – iSender, social media of CCP company divided into the need to break through three boundaries including human, operational and information. The two aspects of the IT capability (Infrastructure, Proactive Stance) to explore how the organization can use IT to be the basis for social media. And the two aspects of the enterprise social media capability (Establish networks, Access Content) that make organization better to explore how it can enable IT capability. Eventually, throgh the three enabled characteristics including interoperability, contextualization and information agility to break internal boundaries of organization and organize a set of “ architecture of how organization to development ESM to achieve information fluidity” for other enterprise as a reference.
