本研究根據文獻,由科技、統計資料、醫院現況觀察推論出火災逃生趨勢,
擬出醫院火災逃生設計,根據趨勢,提出將高科技智慧化裝置結合於逃生設備的
慧型安全防災。本研究提出以具有辨識性、迅速掌握火災相關資訊、協助不便者
逃生三種整合化設計。
根據 99 年消防署統計資料,火災死亡因素分析中,弱勢族群(獨居老人、行
動不便者、小孩)等占總死亡人數46.4%,而醫院多數為弱勢病患,其消防設施
應更加重視。本研究針對醫院提出火災智慧逃生設計,安全、便利與明確的火災
逃生設計,結合室內設計、照明,搭配各種智慧化的感應裝置。可迅速指引受困
者逃離火災現場,同時提供室內設計師及建築師在規劃醫院防火設施使用,期望
未來能夠應用在各類型建築。
本研究目的:
1. 設計災前預測設備
2. 設計具有辨識性、視覺性的智慧化逃生指示
3. 設計迅速掌握火災相關資訊及留容人數設備
4. 設計協助不便者逃生設備之無障礙設計
5. 設計掌握弱勢族群位置之設計
經由上述趨勢本研究提出火災預測系統、雙向指示器、智慧手環、逃生雷射
燈、改良式扶手、消防人員救災面罩、逃生摩天輪,證明智慧化裝置應用於醫院
逃生設備。
The research based on references, bring up the hospital fire evacuation design
using the trends from science and technology, statistics, and hospital observation.According to the current trends, result the intelligent security disaster which combined with high-tech intelligent devices in evacuation equipment. The purpose of the research is to design of integration which have identification, mastered fire information quickly, and assist the disabled to evacuation.
According to 2010’s fire statistics, analysis of fire deaths in disadvantaged
includes lived-alone elderly, children who the death rate in fire accidents is about 46.4%. In the hospital most people are disadvantaged, so the hospital should pay more attention to the fire facilities.
The research focuses on the hospital fire evacuation facilities, safety and right escape indication, combined with the interior design, lighting, and intelligent sensor devices. Guide the trapped patients escape quickly, furthermore, provide information for interior designers and architects to plan the hospital fire facilities. Hope it can be used in any types of construction in the future.
Propose of research:
1.Forecasting evacuation design.
2.Design of identification and visual indication with the intelligent sensor
devices.
3.Design of quickly-controlled fire and content the number of accommodation.
4.Design of assistance of disabled to evacuation.
5.Design of control of the position of disadvantaged
According to the current trend, the research suggest that fire prediction system,two-way indicator, intelligent link , evacuation of laser light ,modified handrails,rescue mask, evacuation of Ferris wheel that can be proved to apply to intelligent devices used in hospital evacuation facilities.
