Project management is the key activity for the business developments in every organization. Moreover, the project manager is the one of the key successes of the successful project implementation. The consequences of the relationship between project management and success factors, especially depend on the leader’s execution on this.
There was a lot of the scholars and literature review written on the project management and success factors in the past. The widely the popular success factors are time, cost and quality don’t bring the implications of achieving the project’s value perfectly in competitive competition in twenty first century. Therefore, this study explores the project management success factors and project manager’s execution for it. Through this study explored the comparison between Monnis Group’s employee’s view and regarding the project management, success factors and leadership literature review based on the interview. Furthermore, based on the findings from this study and developed some suggestion and policy recommendation for the Monnis Group and Mongolian companies. The project management methodology needs of the Mongolian companies.
