在國內致力於開發關鍵性零組件之廠商相當多,本文將針對銅管加工製程予以學理之分析,以銅管擴口加工為例,研發其加工製程,包括取得數值模擬之輸入數據、加工溫度之擬定和模具之設計等。藉由銅管擴口擠製製程模擬之分析,獲得銅管於加工時所需之加工壓力、成形履歷和溫度影響,進而判斷出合理之加工製程。此外,亦設計一組模具進行實驗,並將實驗結果與數值模擬作一比較,以驗證數值模擬分析之可信性。期盼此研究之成果能夠提供業者做為參考,累積銅管擴口加工之經驗,提升產品之附加價值,進而提升產業之競爭力。


There are many small and medium enterprises engaged in the development of important components. This paper aims to improve the drawbacks and analyze the manufacturing design of flaring. Developing its manufacturing procedures include the acquirement of input and output data, the prediction and setting of temperature and the design of mold etc. by the flaring process of copper pipes.
It can calculate how much pressure will be needed in the process of manufacturing flaring products and the effect of different temperatures in the shaping process by analyzing the manufacturing of flaring, and then we can judge the rationality of every manufacturing procedure. A set of flaring die is designed for experiments. The experimental results of copper pipe flaring process were compared with the simulation results. The results of both after compensation were accurate. Hoping that manufacturers can apply the result of this research to accumulate the flaring process experiences of copper pipes manufacturing.
