  • 在全球暖化浪潮與能源資源雙重危機的打擊下,「永續發展」成為時代的主題。當前高密度與快速發展變化的都市,使得建築活動成為世界上最大的能源消耗產業與最主要的污染源之一,其在永續發展方面有著巨大潛力。那麼建築界對于永續建築理論和實踐的研究一直在深入,一大趨勢是作為裝配式建築形式之一的模組化建築。其設計策略既能有效節約建築與土地資源,又能保持建築空間的持續活力,建造上體現出綠色、快速和智慧三位一體的特點,與永續發展理念不謀而合。若用聯繫與發展的眼光看兩者的關係,將變革既有的生產方式,實現更大範圍的綠色影響力。本文通過文獻回顧及案例分析,歸納出模組化建築空間彈性以及共享之設計方法,從不同層級適應都市變化,高效利用空間。其次是以相對成熟的綠建築理論為基礎,在氣候變遷和高密度發展之都市為背景,思考如何結合綠建築設計策略與模組化建築特點,降低碳排放量,緩和全球暖化問題,最終將建築融入生態系統。最後以設計競圖驗證策略的合理性,為相關人員提供具體的綠色模組化建築設計操作模式的參考。


    Under global warming with Globalization of energy shortage and environmental deterioration, "sustainable development" is considered as the most effective way to tide over the crisis. Currently, in high-density and rapidly changing the urban environment, building construction is one of the major pollution sources of environmental disruption and largest energy consumption industries in the world, but it has also shown its potential for sustainable development. The theoretical and experimental study on sustainable architecture is recently mainly focused on modular building. Modular construction is the evolution of prefabricated architectural forms. It can effectively save construction resources and maintain the vitality of the building space. The modular construction has the characteristics of green, rapid and intelligent which agreed with the concept of sustainable development. Therefore, it is seen as the development trend and the sustainable potential of the architectural industry. This paper summarizes the spatial flexibility and shared design methods of modular buildings by literature review and case analysis. Aims to adapt to urban changes from different levels, and uses space efficiently. Secondly, based on the green building theory, in the context of climate change and high-density development cities, the author think about how to combine green building design strategies and modular building features, to reduce carbon emissions, and alleviate global warming. And then integrate buildings into the ecosystem. The design competition verifies that the green modular architecture theory is reasonable and feasible in this paper, and provide it for the follow-up researchers.
