本論文旨在探討D公司輕觸開關產品發展策略的研究,深入分析該公司在市場競爭激烈的背景下,如何運用策略來提升產品的競爭力和滿足客戶需求。本研究主要通過文獻回顧、市場調查和個案公司的內部資料分析,以綜合研究的方式進行。
首先,論文回顧了輕觸開關產品的發展歷程和市場趨勢,深入分析了行業的競爭格局和關鍵成功因素。接著,通過市場調查了解了客戶對於輕觸開關產品的需求和偏好,並探討了市場的機會和挑戰。
其次,論文聚焦個案公司的內外部情況,藉由1980年 Porter的五力分析,及相關SWOT、TOWS分析,分析研發、生產和銷售情況。進一步,探討了個案公司目前所面臨的問題和局限性。在這基礎上,提出了一系列具體的產品發展策略,包括技術創新、產品設計優化、市場定位精準、供應鏈管理和品牌塑造等方面的建議。
The purpose of this paper is to explore the development strategy of company D's tact switch products, and to conduct an in-depth analysis of how the company uses strategies to enhance product competitiveness and meet customer needs in the context of fierce market competition. This research is mainly conducted in a comprehensive research manner through literature review, market survey and internal data analysis of Company D.
First, the paper reviews the development history and market trends of tact switch products, and conducts an in-depth analysis of the industry's competitive landscape and key success factors. Then, through market research, we learned about customer needs and preferences for tactile switch products, and discussed the opportunities and challenges in the market.
Secondly, the paper focuses on the internal and external conditions of Company D, using Porter's five forces analysis in 1980 and related SWOT and TOWS analysis to analyze the R&D, production and sales conditions. Furthermore, the current problems and limitations faced by Company D are discussed. On this basis, a series of specific product development strategies were put forward, including suggestions on technological innovation, product design optimization, accurate market positioning, supply chain management and brand building.
