This paper is intended to explore the efficiency of bank branches throughout Taiwan, the operational performance uses the two-stage Data envelopment analysis (DEA) to evaluate the branch operational performance. The subjects were domestic branches under a financial holding company, during the study period of 2014. The Study will use Data envelopment analysis to evaluate operational efficiency in first stage. In second stage, it will input number of services and depositions to transform financial products and services, to a branch profit and business performance. This will help the branch manager to gain insight into the resources and the profitability of branches. The proposed methods facilitate the decision making by showing whether branches perform at the expected efficiency or exists a need for improvement. An illustrate example is done to show the applicability using data from thirty different branches.
