近年來由於台灣成為全球最大面板供應地,液晶螢幕的快速發展與競爭也相對的越來越激烈,無論是從設計或製造技術,無不費盡思量希望能降低成本,藉以提高獲利率,以維持本身之競爭能力。利用電腦輔助工程(CAE)進行模擬分析的工作,取代傳統的嘗試錯誤實驗法( Try and Error Experimentation),不僅可以在產品研發初期,透過模擬分析的方式,改善不良之設計與減少產品之不良率,並且可節省開發之時間與成本,更能提高產品之品質進而得到更多的利潤。
本研究應用電腦輔助工程分析軟體來對液晶螢幕底座設計進行模擬,藉由改變底座的壁厚、補強肋的尺寸以及補強肋的型式,探討不同參數條件下,對於底座結構強度之影響。經由模擬所得之數據,進行比較分析,進而求得最佳的設計模式,期能夠以此建立設計資料庫。
In recent years, Taiwan has become the biggest global supplier of panels. The fast developing competition of LCD monitor has also become more and more vigorous. The utmost goal is to reduce the cost by improving design and manufacture techniques and thus raises the profit rate and maintain ones competitiveness. By making use of computer-aided engineering (CAE) to carry out simulation analytic work can replace the traditional try and error experimentation. It can not only use on the initial stage of the product development, it can also improve the defective design and reduce product defective rate through the simulation analysis method and thus saving the time and cost of development. It can even raise the quality of product to gain more profits.
This research applied computer-aided engineering analysis software to carry out simulations for the base design of the LCD monitor. By changing the wall thickness of the base, the size of rib and the type of the rib under different parameter conditions, it were able to obtain the influences of the above effects on the base structure strength. Through the data of simulation income and comparison analysis, the best design mode was determined. Wish to be able to create a database based on these designs.
