  • 本論文係研製一型應用於多輸入多輸出(multiple input multiple out,MIMO)雷達之24 GHz發射機模組。此系統使用市售兩發射輸出埠之24 GHz射頻發射晶片實現發射機,並將兩發射埠連接1對4的射頻開關晶片,以形成可依微控制器(micro-controller, MCU)控制訊號切換的8輸出埠發射機。再之,與8單元圓形微帶天線陣列連接以符合多輸入多輸出雷達之應用需求。本論文已完成圓形微帶天線陣列設計與切換晶片的整合驗證,發射機晶片則由於電路佈局失誤,未來仍需進一步改善電路佈局,並進行晶片控制驗證。


    This thesis develops a 24 GHz transmitter module for multiple input multiple output (MIMO) radar applications. This system is realized by a commercial transmitter chip with two transmitting ports. Each transmitting port is then connected with a 1-to-4 radio-frequency (RF) switch chip to form an 8-port switching transmitter, whose switching function is controlled by a micro-controller (MCU). Moreover, these 8 transmitting ports are connected with an 8-element circular patch antenna array to satisfy the requirement of the MIMO radar applications. In this thesis, a circular patch antenna array has been designed and integrated with a RF switch chip. Due to the circuit layout mistakes, the circuit layout of the transmitter chip should be further improved and verified.
