  • 基於近年來TFT-LCD市場環境波動變化大及市場變化快速, TFT-LCD製造產業必須更嚴格進行生產管控以增加企業競爭力。然而,在產業實務中,負責接單的規劃部門主要以企業之生產經濟價值最大化為主要目標;而製造則著重在減少玻璃基板浪費以控制生產成本。在不同決策目標下,各部門往往導致發展出的產能規劃方式相互對立與衝突。本研究探討在此一立場不一致之情況下,根據各部門的決策目標,以代理人協商機制求得一折衷解。針對供過於求或供不應求的市場變化,部門代理人可以用不同的戰術表達對協商議題的偏好,透過協商過程,共同達成一組彼此都能接受的產能規劃結果,本研究探討在各種協商戰術組合下所產生的協商結果。協商的結果分別以實質效用、生產經濟價值指標與玻璃基板損耗指標作為績效衡量指標,並與確定性環境中的最佳解進行比較。實驗結果證實,本研究發展的協商架構,能在有效的時間內,達成雙方同意可行並且有效的產能規劃結果。


    As rapid technology innovation, TFT-LCD manufacturers devote to improve the production efficiency as well as to enhance competitiveness. In practice, planning sector responsible for receiving orders is mainly focusing on the maximal economic production value (by fully utilize capacity of resources) to promise of the capacity, but production sector providing raw materials is willing to minimize the cost of materials (e.g., minimization of glass substrate wastage). These contrary objectives thus raise the confliction when developing a capacity planning and allocation plan in such multiple-objective environment. In this study, a negotiation framework is developed so that a mutual acceptable capacity plan can be obtained via negotiation. Considering the different preference of each department, two issues (economic production value and glass substrate wastage) and eight tactics are addressed herein to mimic the attitudes of individual departments. Several experiments are also conducted in the study to explore the impacts of the different attitudes during the negotiation. Intrinsic agent utility, production economic value utility, and wastage of glass substrate utility are set as performance indices and are compare to the optimal solution of a certain information situation. According to the compromised results of negotiation, a capacity planning and allocation plan finally is developed by using a TFT-LCD characteristic capacity model. The experiment results demonstrate that the proposed negotiation model can reach a compromised capacity plan in a short time and the confliction between the sectors thus can be reduced significantly.
