  • 企業利用資訊科技的發展與創新可提升企業的效率及業務模式的創新。而創新過程中,將硬體導向轉為消費者導向的發展路徑,資訊部門扮演著科技應用的支持者、促成者、甚至驅動者的關鍵性角色。而帶領資訊部門的資訊主管(CIO – Chief Information Officer),除肩負提出資訊科技應用的規劃藍圖外,更需要帶領團隊完成任務,過程中不只是技術層面的問題解決,還包含了過程的變革管理、人際互動與團隊合作;同時更具挑戰的是,資訊科技的應用是日新月異,資訊人員必須不斷學習新的技術,並選擇導入適合企業的資訊應用方案。在組織協調上,需說服使用者改變過往的作業習慣,並接受新的科技運用。 研究背景為一位非資訊領域背景的女性資訊主管是如何帶領資訊團隊藉由導入適合公司發展的資訊系統且轉型成功。本研究以質化方法為主,著重於分析女性資訊主管之人格特質並導出與組織轉型成功之關鍵因子。


    Through information technology’s innovation, enterprise improves its operation efficiency and quality. Furthermore, enterprise achieves the business model change based on information technology’s innovation. In the meantime, the information technology department also changed its role from a back office supporter to be a business enabler, and eventually to be a business driver.

    To realize this role change of IT department, there is a key person who is CIO (Chief Information Officer) to make it happened. CIO is responsible to submit a suitable and competitive information system plan and road map to top management. CIO is also the one to lead and support IT team to realize the IT systems. There is not only an IT system implementation, but also a change management, process management and people management which are more challenged issues need to be settled by CIO.

    The objective of this report is to analyze the relationship between leader personalization and organization transformation. This analysis is based on a female CIO who is not IT background, but successfully plays the role and gets the most value CIO granted by China IT Value magazine in 2014.
