隨著社會的進步，醫學的發達，國人平均壽命增加，顯現台灣已邁入高齡化的社會。傳染性疾病已不再是主要的致病原因，隨著雙薪家庭及外食族的增多，使肥胖及許多慢性疾病因此產生，慢性疾病、高血壓、癌症等等已成為影響國人健康的最大殺手，且成為非常嚴重的健康問題。雖然現在智慧行動裝置上已有不少醫療類型的應用程式，但功能大多過於單一，且缺乏整合性，因此本研究設計一套行動健康管理工具系統，將一些功能整合起來做改進。

而近年來，智慧型手機發展迅速，普及率也越來越高，並且已經融入我們的日常生活。iPhone有很多優點，包括輕巧、方便攜帶等等，本論文基於iPhone優點在iOS平台上開發出一套行動健康管理工具系統，配合資料庫讓使用者可以查詢醫療資訊，除了可以記錄個人的資訊(像是血壓、血糖)以外，也可以建立、匯入健檢報告的檔案，考慮到現代人生活忙碌，本系統也設計了備忘提醒功能，讓使用者在忙碌的生活中也不忘關心自身身體狀況。圖形化的功能可以讓使用者檢視更一目了然。期許本論文之研究能幫助使用者在罹患疾病前能有效評估自己的身體狀況，達到預防疾病的功效。

With the progress of the society and the advanced medical science, the average life expectancy of Taiwanese people has increased, indicates that Taiwan has become an aging society. Infectious diseases are no longer the major cause of illness, instead there are more and more obesity and chronic diseases with the increasing double-income families and fast-food junkie. Chronic diseases, high blood pressure, cancer and others have started to affect the health of the people and become the most serious health issue. Although there are many types of medical applications on smart mobile devices, mostly only supply a single function and lack of integration. This study has designed a mobile health kit to integrate and improve functions.

In recent years, the using of smart phone is ubiquitous, and has been integrated into our daily lives. iPhone has many advantages such as light, handy and so on. This paper is based on the advantages of iPhone to develop a mobile health kit. User can search medical information from the database. In addition to record personal information(such as blood pressure, blood sugar), you can also create or import the report of health check. In the view of busy modern life, This kit also provide memo reminder. People can know their health status, even if they’re in busy. Graphical feature make the record readily. This research hopes to help the user evaluate their own status to prevent diseases.
