  • Every organization is made of people, human factor is considered as the lifeblood in the success of any business, which generally concerned with the performance and ability of employees at work. Many studies are conducted to explore the relationship between leadership styles and motivation of employees, and most of them focus on statistical findings. The in-depth understanding about this correlation is needed. Moreover, personal traits and leadership styles are two features that might have a potential relationship. The study proposed in this study is different personal traits might lead to different leadership styles which significant and directly affect to the employee performance.
    The aim of this research is to evaluate employee’s performance in their field. Essential elements to employees’ performances include motivation, flexibility, leadership, and discipline which employers’ attitude and way of leading influence employees’ performances. From this point of view, it could help leaders to understand themselves to adjust in in different situation with appropriate styles to motivate employees in best performance. Last but not least, HRM may bring some ideas and vision for the HR strategy to only optimize their potential, but also minimize shortcoming to bring long term benefits to the organization.
