基於影像基礎的監控系統日漸普及,而本論文提出的方法就是透過數位訊號處理器(Digital Signal Processor, DSP)的平台,在海關港口協助港務人員作業,並且透過影像處理的技術,將在橋式機(Bridge machine)的工作環境下,將貨櫃的關鍵影像以及經由DSP完成貨櫃編碼辨識的結果,透過乙太網路與GPRS網路把感興趣的畫面傳與相關資訊傳送至近方操作台與遠方的監控中心進行監控。系統提供近方操作台可以透過選擇手動或自動控制PTZ攝影機,針對有所疑慮的貨櫃在遠端就進行確認的動作,更可以進一步針對貨櫃編碼的國際ISO規範,實踐貨櫃編碼辨識的系統,就可以對於貨櫃的運輸安全做到更全面的查核,藉此達成即時監控的功能,此外透過影像處理來完成貨櫃編碼辨識,也可以節省人力與人工作業所花費的時間,自動化的港務管理可以使得貨櫃進出港口的效率提升。由於DSP處理速度快、體積小,容易開發,DSP所建構的系統在大量且複雜的運算處理上有著高準確度及高效能的表現,在整合多項周邊等優點,其可攜性高、方便獨立運作,在「即時性」上也能滿足大部分系統的需求,十分符合提升港務的安全度與效率性。


The surveillance system based on image processing become growing popularity. What we concerned is how to assist the harbor affairs personnel’s labor based on Digital Signal Processor (DSP).Through digital image processing on the DSP platform via the internet and wireless, we could complete the transmission not only the information about container on the back but the identification result of container codes to the operating room which nearby the bridge machine and the remote monitoring center. On our system, the operating room operators can double check the misgivings by control either manually or automatically the PTZ video cameras via the internet and wireless, even further for the international ISO standard container coding, putting container code recognition system into practice, we can do more comprehensive safety check for container transportation to achieve real-time monitoring capabilities.
In addition to the container through image processing to complete container code identification, we can also save manpower and time on operations. Automated management makes the port operations for containers more efficiency. As the DSP processing speed, small size and ease of development, therefore the DSP system has a high accuracy and high efficiency performance on handling large and complex operation, also the DSP system has advantages of having high portability and easy to operate independently which is the integration of surrounding.
