專案管理是現代常使用的一套管理方法，世界各國發展出各式各樣的專案管理體系，而創新專案則是企業在競爭激烈的環境下扮演的不可或缺角色，專案管理與創新專案也有著密切的關係。本研究使用質性資料研究法，介紹常見的專案管理體系，定義創新專案的特性，並從創新專案的特性中，分析專案管理體系之流程，探討美國專案管理體系與國際專案管理體在創新專案特性下的應用。透過美國專案管理體系的五大流程及十大知識領域分析出較能適應在創新專案體系中，並可以成為未來企業在執行創新專案裡可參考之體系。

Project Management is one of powerful management tools in the recent year. Currently the world has also developed many kinds project management systems. Furthermore, innovative project plays an important role in a highly competitive environment enterprise. And the project management and innovation projects also have a close relationship. This research used qualitative research, introduce the common project management system, and define the characteristic of the innovation project. From the innovation characteristics of the project, analyzed process of the project management system, Discussing the Project Management Institute and International Project Management Association in innovation project characteristics. PMI five processes and ten knowledge areas for the PMBOK guide are better adapted to the analysis of the innovation project system, and could be the future of enterprise implementation of innovative projects in the project management system.
