  • 資訊科技的長足發展與大量運用,除了改變競爭環境以外,更使得企業取得與應用資訊科技的成本大幅降低,而企業為取得競爭優勢,紛紛投入資金,導入資訊系統。本研究期望由整合企業流程再設計與PDM系統導入的觀念,發展一套方法論,以協助企業快速而有效的導入PDM系統,並促使進行企業流程再檢討與再設計。本研究並以A公司之導入過程與經驗為例,驗證此方法論,並分析其實際成果與應用情況,以提供其他企業參考。其具體成果為:
    1.整合BPR與PDM系統導入之觀念與方法,發展成為一整合方法論,以協助PDM系統之導入。
    2.運用同步工程概念,於BPR與PDM系統導入整合之方法論,以加速PDM系統之導入。
    3.由個案分析中,說明企業流程再設計是如何展開,以及資訊系統是如何整合在一起,以提供相關企業參考。
    4.建立一套績效衡量機制,以提供企業作為評估PDM系統導入後之效益,並提供其他企業參考,以及A公司後續改善之方向與依據。


    The in-depth evolution & massive application of modern information technology not only generated a critical environment for business to survive, but also cut down the acquiring cost of it; with a view to enhance their strength, numerous firms set up information system. The aim of this research is to develop a methodology which integrated BPR & PDM implementation; by adopting this methodology, a business will be able to introduce the PDM system efficiently and ignite the business process redesign. This research exhibits a case study of the real story & experience of A firm by analyze it’s achievement and applying. The following lists are the aims of this research:
    1.To develop a methodology to integrate the concept of PDM system implementation with BPR, and enhance the process of PDM system implementation.
    2.To speed up the implementation of PDM system, induct and apply the concurrent engineering concept into the process of system implementation.
    3.To understand the deployment of BPR and the scheme for integrating the PDM system with the other information system.
    4.To build a performance measurement mechanism to evaluate the performance of PDM system implementation.
