為因應國際環保意識的抬頭，以及為我們所居住的地球善盡心力，各國政府紛紛推出各種環保要求。特別是在家電用品及相關之電子產品上，更相繼有綠色環保製造產品之訴求產生，尤其是歐盟等先進國家倡導綠色產品及相關之立法，並且制定時程以確認執行，最受人注意的是「廢電機電子設備指令」(Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment，WEEE)及「電機電子設備限用有害物質指令」(Restriction of the use of certain Hazardous Substances in electrical and electronic equipment，RoHS)等。
鑒於歐盟已正式執行之WEEE 指令及RoHS指令，此勢之促使全球眾多資訊電子產業業者，乃相繼地展開綠色產品之設計、開發、製造與行銷。反觀位居全球資訊大國的台灣資訊產業的製造廠商，或為追求永續經營的理念，亦或是為了提昇本身之競爭優勢；威信，亦勢將會更致力於各項環境管理之改善。
最後研究分析結果得到如下之四點結論：
1. 企業導入綠色供應管理，可藉由人力資源配置、系統支援與顧問諮詢公司來評估可行性；並對上、中、下游顧客之供應管理評估是否合於現行企業之需求。
2. 資訊掌握是否正確且及時的反應於需求上，內部生產管理政策是否該重新制定，供應廠商之評鑑審核及未來如何管理制定。
3. 溝通協調及貫徹任務執行是重要關鍵。
4. 提昇系統管理能力，減化企業內部作業流程；加強供應商之作業管理及進行供應廠內部稽核動作。

The arousals of the environmental-protection consciousness among various countries, as well as making contribute to the Earth which we live, all governments are focus on environmental-protection issues. Especially on the electrical appliances and electronic products, the demand of green product had rose, particularly European Union had legislated initiatively the green product’s manufacture specification, the most pay attention to are “Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment, WEEE” and “Restriction of the use of certain Hazardous Substances in electrical and electronic equipment, RoHS”.
Due to European Union already official performed WEEE directive and RoHS directive, this will reinforce global information technology industry entrepreneur to launch design, development, manufacture and marketing issues in green product. For Taiwan, the great information technology industry manufacturer, to continue operating forever, Taiwan need to promote itself the competitive advantages; to devote improvement on each item of environmental-protect management is the most important tasks.
This research gets the following 4 conclusions:
1. The enterprise inducts the green supply management, may because of the human resources disposition, the system support consult and company consultant to appraise the feasibility;supply chain management from upstream to the downstream of customer appraises whether to be in harmony with demand of the present enterprise
2. Properly information handling and real-time reaction to meet customer’s demand, whether the internal production management policy should be redefined and how will the supply manufacturers’ evaluation and management in the future.
3. Communication and to execute is the key to success.
4. Enhance system management ability, simplify internal process; reinforce vendors’ operation management and internal audit activities.
