  • 資訊科技的發展日新月異,突破了許多以往的限制,例如雲端技術使得硬體資源能得到有效的利用,讓企業能將其有限的資源用在該用的地方,而不需要無止境的昇級及擴展電腦設備。
    企業需要創新才能領先市場,例如蘋果公司,不將自己設限於傳統電腦領域,透過創新的產品,如iTunes和iPhone,成為自己所開拓出的新市場之領導者。以本研究中的門禁系統而言,乍看之下,似乎與資訊科技無關,但是經由應用及結合雲端服務,可以讓傳統的保全公司科技化,並且透過雲端計算開發創新的服務或產品,形成屬於自已的新市場。
    本研究利用層級分析法,為門禁系統找出適合的雲端服務供應商。先透過文獻探討及專家訪談得到評估準則後,再進行問卷調查及分析,分析結果不但可以評選出最適當的雲端服務供應商,並且可以知道各評估準則在決策過程中的重要程度。本研究的評選方式及結果,將可作為企業在面臨類似決策問題時的參考。

    Rapid developement of information technologies results in many braekthroughs. For example, cloud computing technology enables efficent utilization of hardware resources so that enterprises can alloate their limited resources to where they are needed and thus avoid the endless upgrade and expansion of computer equipment.
    Enterprises need innovation to lead the market. Apple does not limit itself to the traditional computer industry. Through innovative products such as iTune and iPhone, Apple has developed as a leader in a new market it created. The access control system studied in this research and information technology may seem to be unrelated at the first galance. However, throuth the emplyment and integation of cloud services, a traditional security company may become a technology company. It may be able to develop innovative security products/services through cloud computing and form a new market of its own.
    This study applies the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to select a suitable cloud service provider for access control system. Evalution criteria are determined through literature review and expert opionions. Then surveys are conducted and the results are analysed. The analysis not only identifies the most suitable cloud service provider, but also indicates the importance weights of criteria in the decision process. The selection method and results of this study may serve as a reference for compnaies facing similar decision problems.
