  • 本研究係利用牽伸力應用於竹炭纖維( BAMBOO CHARCOAL FIBER , BCF )最佳紡紗牽伸條件之探討。實驗中利用牽伸力測定器,以竹炭纖維粗紗為原料,進行粗紗牽伸力測試。探討其不同之羅拉隔距、初牽伸對牽伸力之影響,以了解竹炭纖維粗紗於牽伸過程中,有別於傳統T/C及R/C粗紗的牽伸行為,藉以改善竹炭紗之牽伸條件,有助於其紡紗條件之改善,以尋求最佳之紡紗條件。
    本研究中為了提高竹炭纖維紗附加價值,實驗過程中,藉紗CV%、IPI( Imperfection Indicator )值( Thin、Thick、Neps )評估竹炭纖維紗成紗品質,並探討粗紗牽伸力及其變異係數與BCF紗品質之間的相關性,尋找對應於最佳竹炭纖維紗品質之初牽伸比。由實驗結果顯示,使用竹炭T70/C30的粗紗,在初牽伸1.3倍及後部羅拉隔距54mm時,可得到較佳的細紗品質,而在竹炭R40/C60的粗紗部份則是以在初牽伸1.2倍及後部羅拉隔距54mm時較佳,藉此作為紡製竹炭纖維紡紗的最佳條件,以改善竹炭纖維紗品質並提昇其附加價值。


    For the optimum drafting conditions of the Bamboo Charcoal Fiber yarn (BCF yarn) spinning, the application of the drafting force has to be studied. In this work, we precede the experiment of the drafting force based on the BCF roving to investigate the influence of the roller gauge, and draft ratio on the drafting force. We understand the drafting force of the BCF roving follow the same trend as for the regular Polyester and Cotton blend roving. However, the character of the drafting force reveals some difference between them.
    To correlate the CV% of the drafting force and the yarn properties, Besides, we evaluated the yarn quality with CV%、IPI(Imperfection Indicator) and investigate the best yarn quality in conjunction with the drafting ratio. The results show that we can obtain the best BCF yarn quality based on the drafting conditions of 1.3 break draft ratio and 54mm back roller gauge in conjunction with the roving of T70/C30 and 1.2 break draft ratio and 54mm back roller gauge in conjunction with the roving of R40/C60.
