建築相關法規保障建築產業邁向成熟與嚴謹的成果，但台灣現行建築相關法規相當繁複不易理解導致建築團隊在專案設計操作上檢討不易與溝通成本提升。而近年來建築資訊模型(Building Information Modeling)的發展為資訊不易整合的困境帶來契機，新北市政府也開發出一套「建築執照電腦輔助查核系統」幫助專案進行自主檢討，建築團隊需上傳工業基礎類別(Industry Foundation Classes)共通檔案格式進行法規檢測，本研究將運用業務流程模型圖示(Business Process Modeling Notation)分析業務流程，從建築計畫、概念設計、基本設計到取得建照，了解建築團隊各階段法規資訊整合與法規參數制定方式，透過BIM技術結合法規資訊輔助法規檢討為本研究主要探討之處。
本研究先整理國內外建築產業BIM結合法規檢測之應用，彙整出法規檢測架構並以實際案例根據「新北市建築執照電腦輔助查核系統」制定MVD(Model View Definition)，盼望能提供業界BIM法規應用方向之一。
本研究案例操作部分，運用Autodesk Revit 為工具執行BIM結合法規資訊應用再匯出IFC共用檔案格式進行法規檢測。

The rules of architecture protect AEC Industry into rationality and maturity, but the Taiwan building technical regulations is too complicated to make project designer understand, it may increase the cost of communication. As we know BIM is a chance to fix this problem. However the city hall of New Taipei City developed a rule checking system of construction permit to help architecture firm that can check model themselves, project team need to submit model IFC file into system. Therefore the paper will research on each project process by BPMN, the process including project planning, project development and schematic design, it discover each process goal the BIM model need to provide how many information to rule checking system, so the paper core is how to integrate project information and rule checking information into BIM model that can help project team correct building technical regulations.
First step, I integrate some reference about rule checking from Taiwan or other countries, I try to find rule checking system algorithm and structure of system. Second step, according to rule checking system of new Taipei city, I define each necessary elements parameter with IFC schema. In order to establish BIM model MVD for rule checking, I hope it can be a standard for project team and system development engineer to made rule checking more efficient and accurate with BIM.
In case manipulation, I design some model elements to use in project BIM model with Revit, the elements parameter have defined by building technical regulations. Therefore the BIM model can output IFC file into system for rule checking when team made BIM model with those elements, I hope process goal and BIM model can into one thing, It will save time and provide a new design process of BIM application for architect firm.
