曲面構造在構築時的困難及問題,從歷史發展的記錄分析可以得知。在電腦軟、硬體技術的蓬勃發展,使建築工程領域中在設計、施工、製造等技術得以突破。從台中歌劇院之曲牆結構體工程中探討分析,可以發現幾何定形及定位的製造圖建模作業所面臨的問題及困難。
過程中,利用3D 建模的方式,將幾何定形、組立定位等資訊數據逐一建構及紀錄,從過程中分析產出的數據及作業時產生的問題彙整。再藉由Script 的應用,將繁複的建模程序經由程式化應用作業,並分析比較解決及改善的項目。
成果顯示在程式化後的作業模式,不但解決建模程序上的效率問題,降低所需要的成本、人力、時間,更重要的是避免在工程進行中可能發生的風險及問題。未來以期在不同的工程階段也能應用技術整合分析,以提升未來在曲面構造上的效益及發展。
The difficulties and issues faced during the construction of any curvilinear surface are already well documented through the progression of history. However, with the advancement of both software and hardware technology, the realm of architectural construction has witnessed many breakthroughs in the area of design, construction, and manufacturing. Through the exploratory analysis of the Taichung Metropolitan Opera House’s structural body within the curved wall, a discovery was brought to light on the issues and difficulties in the matters of geometrical form and positioning during the modeling process.
Utilizing methods of 3D modeling to compile and record data during the process of finalizing geometrical form and modular positioning, a list of known issues can be quickly formed during the analytical and operational process. In order to simply the complicated and repetitive nature of the manual modeling process, the utilization of script is applied that has the potential to programmatically convert the modeling process and at the same time comparatively analyze each categories that need to be optimized and fixed.
The result shows that by programing the manual process of modeling through scripting, not only does it resolve the efficiency issue, it also minimize the cost, human resource, time, and most importantly the risk and unforeseen issues that will occur during the construction phase. It is expected that this applied integrated technical analysis can be used in various phases of construction in the future in order to benefit and progress the making of curvilinear surfaces.
