彈簧是一種被廣泛運用在手機機構的元件,常被用來當作機構運動的動力來源,而彈簧的尺寸設計影響了彈簧的作用力以及內應力,因此彈簧的尺寸設計成為了一項很重要的工作。本論文針對滑蓋手機的彈簧研究其作用力,此機構內的彈簧必須能產生類似扭力的效果,才能讓機構正常作動,為了達到適當大小的作用力,本論文利用CAD、CAE以及田口法來輔助設計,先定義五個彈簧的幾何尺寸作為參數因子,並建立各組不同尺寸的彈簧,再以CAD配合CAE來分析各組彈簧的作用力,然後再將模擬分析的結果以田口方法進行處理,以特定大小的作用力為目標進行計算,以田口法處理完數據後,即可以判斷不同的因子對彈簧內應力及作用力的影響以及趨勢,再利用田口方法得到的資訊進行最佳化尺寸組合,以求得適當大小的作用力。
CAE is an instrument that has been widely utilized to enhance the R&D efficiency and improve the manufacturing process. However, CAE is inferior to CAD in the model building capability, together with more and complicated building steps. As more and more CAE software are developed, the CAE software which is able to directly convert the files comes into existence, requires more computer resources. In addition, after the geometric modification is conducted on the model, the same analytic steps should be re-executed, thus with complex analytic flow. This study employed CAE software ANSYS to analyze the example-mobile phone spring, and proposed a concept that uses CAD software Pro/E to draw the spring path line, scans the solid after inputting the path line into the CAE software to avoid the problem of direct file conversion, sets the parameters of CAE, and generalizes the complete analytic flow. Then, the flow is modulated by ANSYS parameter design language (APDL), to facilitate the optimum design through Taguchi method, analyze the reaction force generated by the spring under different geometric conditions, and find out the trend of the influence of geometric dimension upon the reaction force. Thus, the spring dimension can be estimated and designed.
