  • The increasing demand of property brings opportunities for real estate developer to develop a real estate, but also increases the competition. The tightening of competition in Real Estate industry creates the pressure for real estate developers to develop new concepts of business so they can compete and survive within the competitive market.
    This study examines the business strategies in real estate industry in order to compete with competitors and attract customers. The research will use case study method and the data will be collected through an interview with a Taiwan real estate developer company.
    Ally Logistic Property Co., Ltd (ALP) is a real estate developer of logistics property which operates in Taiwan. The company creates modern logistic park with customized solution. The company faced some challenges in the first year of establishment and they have implemented differentiation and cost-leadership strategies in order to compete in the existing market. By implementing those strategies, the company is able to attract more than 50 clients which are including several big multinational companies to set their logistic centers within ALP’s logistic park.
