隨著資訊科技的進步及電腦網路的發達,很多企業都使用資訊系統來增加本身的競爭力,資訊系統對企業來說不僅改變了原本的作業與流程等,也有效的提升了企業整體的能力。但是設計出符合企業深層需求的資訊系統卻是困難及複雜的工作,因為當企業需求較複雜及不明確的情況下,如果只有使用過去系統設計方法來進行需求功能分析,並且進行系統開發時,卻忽略了非常重要的問題根源探究以及整體觀點分析,所以最終所設計出來的系統,無法達到真正所需要的功能。
所以為了加強過去系統設計方法不足的地方,本研究透過文獻分析法,將「IT Artifacts設計模式」及「系統思考角度」兩個方法做結合,提出「經營診斷驅動系統設計模式」。最後,本研究將新的系統設計模式,實際應用在個案公司的知識管理系統上面,展示模式的可行性與正確性。希望透過本研究設計出的模式,讓學術界及實務界在系統設計與開發過程中,有效解決企業的問題並設計出符合企業本身的資訊系統,為企業帶來更大的競爭力。
After the rising and flourishing development of information technology and computer network, enterprises increase their competitive strength by using information systems. Enterprises use information systems not only change the original business processes, but also enhance its overall abilities. However, it is difficult and complex to design information systems which meet enterprises’ critical needs. If enterprises built the system by doing the function requirement analysis which had been used over the past years when their needs are complex and vague, they’ve often ignored the important part of discovering cardinal problems and perspective analysis when developing their systems. In the end, enterprises have built up a system which will not be able to fulfill what they really want it to do.
In order to strengthen the system design methods in the past, this study proposed a "Business Diagnosis-driven System Design Model" which combines and reforms the system design methods, “the IT Artifacts design patterns” and “the viewpoint of system thinking”. We implement the new system design model on a knowledge management system of the case company, and prove its feasibility and accuracy. Therefore, we hope the findings of this study can help enterprises raise its competitive strength by building a suitable system and solving their problems during the processes of system design and development.
