近年來，台灣與北美的跨國婚姻日漸趨多，而在這樣的婚姻之中，勢必會產生一些衝突而必須解決。然而至目前為止，只有少數的相關研究。因此，本研究採用訪談法以深入探討台灣與北美籍跨國婚姻下所產生的衝突與解決方法。在本研究中包含兩對跨國婚姻受訪者，一對是台灣女性與美國男性，另一對則是台灣女性與加拿大男性。而經過資料分析解釋後，得到以下三項結論：
1台灣與北美跨國婚姻之語言溝通，進入英文對中文更深徹之取代。
2.文化與價值觀衝突主要由過往成長背景或生活經驗的不同所造成。
3.台灣與北美配偶之聯姻中語言與文化之衝突存在於雙方，而雙方均進
行相關處理與調適。
整體而言，本研究之受訪者皆妥善處理衝突，並對自己的婚姻感到滿意。

In recent years, the number of interracial marriages of Taiwanese and North Americans has increased. The couples in interracial marriages may meet the conflicts and management problems. However, little research has been done on this topic. Therefore, this study aims to look into the interracial marriages of Taiwanese and North Americans to see their conflicts and management. The participants in the study included two interracial couples. One is a Taiwanese woman and an American man, while the other is a Taiwanese woman and a Canadian man. Data were collected in May 2018 through interviews. After the interviews and the interpretation of the data, there are three research results:
1. The language communication of the Taiwan-North American couples enters a phase of the dominant language (English) substitute the subordinate language (Chinese).
2.The cultural conflicts derive from the participants’ differences in growing background and past living experiences.
3. The management is made by both Taiwanese and North-American participants.
Overall, the conflicts are well-managed in the interracial marriages in the study and the participants are satisfied with their marriages.
