有鑑於社會日益進步,人民生活水準提升,對於其供電品質的要求日漸提高,因此台電公司不論在規劃、設計或系統調度上均以避免設備過載、短時間內隔離故障點、縮小停電區域及減少停電次數為目的。當系統進行調度或維修時,配電饋線系統則需實施無停電負載轉供操作。然而轉供饋線間分屬不同變電所、電壓等級、以及饋線負載量大小等因素,造成轉供時產生較大的電流值。本論文即針對上述問題,利用電力潮流模擬軟體ETAP程式來建立配電系統轉供的等效電路模型,進行分析。經由分析的結果來評估轉供的可行性,並使用電容器組(SC)、調整變壓器有載分接頭(OLTC)位置來調整系統電壓大小及利用簡易電力調整裝置來改善饋線兩端相角差,藉由此一研究來改善轉供時可能產生的問題,以提高供電的可靠性。
Owning to advancement of society day by day, promoting of standards of the people living, demand of power supply quality is higher and higher. Thus, no matter in planning, designing, or system dispatching, to avoid facilities overloading, to isolate breakdown point in short time,and to reduce of power failure regions and times is a goal of TPC. When system is during dispatching or repairing, power distribution feeder sometimes need to serve a power failure-free loading transaction. However, there are several kinds of factors of transaction feeder among different transformer stations, power level, and quantity of feeder loading could make higher electrics current during transaction supply. To solve above questions, this thesis will use ETAP to establish a distribution power system transaction supply equal modern to analysis. To estimate transaction supply feasibility by analysis results, use SC and OLTC location to adjust system power quantity and use simple power adjust device to improve two edges of differential phases of feeder, through this research to improve some transactions problems and raise power supply reliability.
