本研究針對如何找出串並聯系統的關鍵性零組件作為研究議題。當系統可靠度偏低時,常以複聯技術來提升系統可靠度。但是漫無目的的進行卻是毫無效率,不但會增加成本,更會耗費大量的時間,常常不符實務的要求。本研究利用「 Birnbaum,s 重要性測度 」導出一則「關鍵性零組件評估公式」,並深入分析此公式,讓使用者能夠更方便及快速的使用本研究所架構的「可靠度提升程序」以找出系統的關鍵性零組件。
