本論文主要探討對品質管制(Quality Control)的發展,同時對統計製程管制(Statistical Process Control)與製程能力(Process Capability)做概要至全面性的介紹。經由全面性之介紹,進而探討計數值管制圖(Control Chart for Attributes)的原理與架構,並藉由Visual Basic程式開發軟體,發展出一套電腦中文化之計數值管制圖資訊系統。
管制圖若使用傳統人工作業方式,除了造成人為疏失的可能性外,還需要許多時間去繪製管制圖。將計數值管制圖資訊電腦化,可以增加管制圖的準確度,尚可以在很短的時間內解決資料整理與儲存問題,此經由Visual Basic所開發的軟體,可以使用於一般個人電腦上,因為是中文化的設計介面,所以使用者可以很快的學會操作方式,達到有效率的工作模式。


The thesis mainly confers the development of Quality Control and simultaneously makes outline introduction of the complete Statistical Process Control and Process Capability. Via the comprehensive introduction, and then probes into principle and skeleton of Attributes Control Charts. To create a information system of Attributes Control Charts (in Chinese) by the means of the Visual Basic program language. Through the traditional artificial manner, the calculation and drawing of the Attributes Control Charts can not only cause the possibility of artificial careless mistake, but also draw the charts to spend a number of times.
Expressing the Attributes Control Charts for computerization, the charts not only increase the accuracy that in charge of making charts, but also solve the software collating data and saving question in a short period of time. The software that was built by Visual Basic can apply to general P.C. system. The user can operate and achieve efficient working model as soon as possible because of Chinese Window interface.
