目前企業所面對的環境是全球化的競爭,產品的生命週期越來越短,產品的功能越來越複雜,客製化的程度有增無減,生產成本隨物價調漲而上升。整個產品開發過程中,市場開發、設計、製造、銷售、客戶服務等流程的資料整合管理便成為面對全球化競爭的重要議題。本研究將針對工規行動電腦探討產品開發關鍵成功因素以層級分析法(AHP)專家問卷,進行權重的重要性排序,提出工規行動電腦產品開發之建議,可作為制定決策時的重要參考依據。結果顯示,將近61.6%的權重集中在產品成本、產品品質和產品時程這三大構面。前12項因素加總佔70%,依序為零組件採購成本、使用時間長、生產成本、上市的時間、專案的掌控、惡劣環境中使用、設計變更成本、方便手持、靜電防護、工作溫度範圍、軟體套件、專案的規劃。該12項因素是工規行動電腦產品開發的關鍵成功因素。
At present, the environment that enterprises face is global competition, the product life cycle is getting shorter and shorter, the functions of products are becoming more and more complex, the degree of customization has increased, and the production costs have risen as the price increases. Throughout the entire product development process, including data integration management of market development, design, manufacturing, sales, and customer service processes, has become an important issue in facing the challenging environment. The purpose of this study is to investigate the key success factors for product development of industry mobile computer and to prioritize the importance of weights of these factors. The recommendations of the industry mobile computer product development using the AHP expert questionnaire can be used as an important reference for decision-making. The results show that nearly 61.6% of the weights are concentrated on the three dimensions of product cost, product quality, and product timing. The first 12 factors add up to 70%, the sequence is below: component procurement costs, long use time, production cost, time to market, project control, use in harsh environments, design change cost, handy handheld, ESD protection, operating temperature Range, software suite, project planning. These are the key success factors for industry mobile computer product development.
