  • 多效熱泵系統是一種高效率低能耗的熱交換設備,主要功能是供給熱水給與泳池、客房與餐廳使用,同時也產生冰水提供如冷氣、冷卻等設備。傳統巡檢作業通常使用紙本作業,無法確保人員是否確實到點、資料判讀正確性與回傳速度。
    本論文使用Android行動裝置取得熱泵系統每日巡檢之重要參數,利用自行開發的Zero Java Modbus API通訊作為驅動核心,透過行動裝置的無線或 3G/4G 硬體,再透過 TCP/IP 的介面,讓行動裝置輕易取得熱泵關鍵參數,自動判讀是否符合設定的合格範圍,且加入Android人工目視檢查選項結合熱泵關鍵參數,依據資料自動產生報表,再利用電子郵件即時回傳,達到無紙化與高效率之目的。


    Multi-effect heat pump systems are high-efficiency and low-power heat exchange equipment. Its main function is to produce hot water for pools, rooms and restaurants etc. Simultaneously it produces ice water for air-conditioning or cooling equipment. Traditional inspection task usually uses human paper work, that doesn’t ensure that the accurate data can be correctly collected in real time.
    In this paper, an Android mobile device is used to acquire heat pump system parameters which are needed to be inspected daily, by employing Zero Java Modbus API communication driver core, through wireless or 3G / 4G hardware of mobile devices. It also uses TCP/IP interface that allows mobile devices to easily access operation parameters of heat pump systems. The proposed system can automatically determine qualified range parameters, and combine Android human visual inspection. This generated report can be sent by mail according to the required data automatically, which can achieve paperless and efficient purposes.
