  • 本研究主旨在探討社會支持介入Facebook社群網站的減糖飲食課程對民眾減糖飲食知識、態度與行為之影響。以100位參與「減糖飲食訓練班」Facebook社團之台灣地區民眾為研究對象,採「前實驗研究法之單組前後測設計」,實驗為期三週,以Facebook社團來傳遞減糖飲食課程及執行社會支持任務。透過網路問卷進行資料收集,共回收100份有效問卷。
    本研究之社會支持主要分為情感性支持與資訊性支持,情感性支持是指當民眾加入減糖飲食訓練班時,成員間給予其個人的喜愛、尊重、關懷、同情與信任等情感上的支持;資訊性支持則為當民眾進行減糖飲食行為面臨困難時,他人給予其個人勸告、問題解決方法和知識性資料。希望藉由此兩種社會支持介入減糖飲食課程能對民眾減糖飲食知識、態度與行為產生影響。
    本研究結果發現性別對於民眾的減糖飲食知識、態度與行為沒有差異。教育程度為大學之民眾其減糖飲食態度最好,18-35歲之民眾其減糖飲食知識最好, 50歲以上之民眾其減糖飲食態度最好及平常有使用社群網路之民眾其減糖飲食知識較好。此外,透過社群網路傳遞減糖飲食課程能提升民眾減糖飲食知識、態度與行為之成效,但減糖飲食知識對於態度與行為均無顯著相關。社會支持對減糖飲食行為是重要的角色,包含直接效果與間接效果的預測力。其中情感性支持最能影響減糖飲食態度與行為,且減糖飲食態度對於行為的預測力最高。最後依據本研究結果,對於欲以社群網路推廣營養教育的學術機構及其他相關研究者提出參考建議。


    The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of social support on the public’s knowledge, attitude, and behavior on sugar reduction diet. A total of 100 people from Taiwan were selected to participate in "Sugar Reduction Training Course" and completed “Social Support Tasks” in a Facebook group. The experiment has lasted for three weeks and 100 valid questionnaires were collected through a web-based survey system.
    The study categorized social support into emotional support and informational support. Emotional support means that when people join the Sugar Reduction Diet Training they show their personal love, respect, caring, sympathy and trust to others. Informational support defines as when one faces difficulties and problems while conducting a lower sugar diet, others provide their personal advice, problem-solving methods and information. We expect social supports can influence the knowledge, attitude, and behavior of all participants when conducting a sugar reduction diet.
    The results show that gender makes no difference in one’s knowledge, attitude, and behavior of sugar diet. People with University degree possess the best attitude of their diet. People who are 18-35 years old have the best knowledge of their diet. People who are over 50 have the best attitude of the diet. Moreover, Social support stands an important role in our research model, which has a significant correlation to the attitude and behavior of participants. However, knowledge does not relate to one’s attitude and behavior. Finally, discussion and implications of the study are presented as well as suggestions for academic institutions and other relevant researchers who want to promote food education on social networking.
