  • 本研究旨在探索金融科技業組織雙歧的矛盾與困難。
    20個半結構式的深度訪談結果顯示,策略共識、資訊系統,員工招募和員工培訓是促進金融業組織雙歧的有效手段。此外,運用績效評估,獎勵策略亦是解決組織雙歧在理論與實踐的過程中的有效機制。


    The study aims to explore the difficulties during the occurrence of organization and ambidexterity in the financial technology industry.
    The result of 20 in-depth semi-structured interviews indicated that the strategic consensus information system, recruitment and staff training are useful methods to facilitate the appearance of organizational ambidexterity, in the banking industry.
    Also, the use of performance appraisal, reward practices are the mechanisms to promote the appearance of organizational ambidexterity during the process. Theoretical and practical implication are also discussed.
