為促進營建剩餘土石方之再利用,以充分利用有效資源,本研究配合臺北市內湖五期重劃區整地工程對區內營建剩餘土石方之再利用計畫,瞭解規劃設計階段約100萬立方公尺營建剩餘資源組成調查、分析及擬訂之處理方式。先於重劃區內針對較適合用於路基的土樣進行各項土壤性質試驗,並於施工階段中,在街廓及路基採用工區內剩餘土石方進行填土整地時,蒐集瞭解土壤材料之工地密度及CBR試驗相關資料;再配合道路路基土壤壓實作業後,於現場進行PRIMA100可攜式落重撓度儀測試在一定載重下路基之撓度值,同時以連線之電腦運算彈性係數值,並借由轉換公式計算取得CBR值。
路基初步整理之路段其土壤含水量偏高、工地乾土單位重過低,所得工地土壤壓實度僅83%,無法達到95%之要求。同時PRIMA100測試3條測線平均CBR值各僅為2.9%、2.4%、4.5%。
完成路基整理之路段其含水量及工地乾土單位重均適宜,工地土壤壓實度為96%,高於95%之要求。PRIMA100測試3條測線平均CBR值已達4.7%、21.3%、8.2%,中心線較不受管線埋設等因素影響,PRIMA100取得之CBR值介於9.8%~28.7%之間,平均值與實驗室值亦極為接近。
To promote the re-use of construction surplus earth and gravel for obtaining the fully efficiently use of resources, a study for the re-use of construction surplus earth is performed by cooperating with the project of soil preparation of Taipei City Neihu fifth stage land readjustment districts . The study collected the information of the construction surplus earth and gravel of the project related to the investigation, analysis and management at the stage of plan and design. At first, various tests of the soil properties suitable for the sub-grade were proceeded, and then soil data were collected regarding the in-situ consolidation and CBR tests during the construction of soil preparation at the areas of street blocks and sub-grade. After the soil compaction of road sub-grade, a portable flexural meter of drop weight PRIMA 100 was used to measure the flexure value of sub-grade under a certain load, in which a computer is connected to calculate the value of elastic modulus and converted to CBR value via a formula.
For the sections of roughly compacted road sub-grade, a higher water moisture and lower field dry density of soil with field compaction degree 83% was obtained, which can not meet the requirement of 95%. Also, three survey lines of PRIMA 100 tests gave the average CBR values of 2.9%, 2.4%, 4.5%, respectively.
For the sections of well compacted road sub-grade, a proper water moisture and field dry density of soil with field compaction degree 96% was obtained, which is higher than the required of 95%. Three survey lines of PRIMA 100 tests gave the average CBR values of up to 4.7%, 21.3%, 8.2%. The average CBR values of the center line (little affected by the embedded pipelines) obtained from PRIMA 100 tests are ranging between 9.8% and 28.7%, which is extremely close to the experiment value.
