本研究使用懸垂液滴張力測量系統來測量油-水界面張力,進而討論非離子型界面活性劑Tergitol 15-S-5對Silicone Oil與純水之油-水界面張力的影響。另外使用懸垂液滴儀測量油滴在C12E8水溶液中體積隨時間的變化,進而推算出油(辛烷、十一烷)在C12E8界面活性劑水溶液中之溶化速率,並探討辛烷與十一烷在不同比例混合下之溶化速率變化情形。
Abstract
A pendant drop tensiometer was applied for the measurement of interfacial tension (IFT) and the rate of solubilization of oil-surfactant solution system. In the first part, the IFT of nonionic surfactant Tergitol 15-S-5 in silicone oil and water interface was studied at 25 oC. In the second part, the rates of solubilization of oil mixture (octane and undecane with ratio of 1:0, 3:1, 1:1, 1:3, and 0:1) at 30.9 oC were measurement by the pendant drop technique of an oil droplet formed at the tip of needle in 2.5 wt% C12E8 aqueous solution. The final part of this work investigates the phenomena of the self-generating wave in the bulk phase for the contact of oil and C12E8 surfactant solution.
