2009年金融風暴後期,全球商用車市場衰退39%歐洲、美洲、日本陸續爆發破產保護與企業併購問題,由於全球化的企業經營模式,風險環境已不限定在單一地區,從原料廠、加工廠、零件供應商、品牌商,所有供應鏈皆受衝擊影響,在資訊與經濟脈動變化快速的環境中,企業經營風險評估將更顯複雜。
本個案以一德國百年零件供應商,受金融風暴影響而申請破產保護作為個案背景,並以上游供應商腳色做為主軸探討,是否與其合作?個案以企業風險評估、專案管理、供應商管理等相關議題進行探討期能以此個案,提供企業在面對客戶合作時之風險評估與目標方向參考。
2009 was end of finical financial tsunami, global commercial automotive market decline to 39%, especially three major automotive countries like Europe, America, and Japan, continually broke out bankruptcy protection and enterprise merged issues. Nowadays, our business operation model becomes dynamic and globalization, hence, risks raise is not only limit in one area but also impact to whole supplier chain like raw materials, assembling, component and brand. According it, enterprise operation risk evaluation becomes more complicated.
The case study background is hundred years component supplier files bankruptcy protection in financial tsunami and use upstream supplier to be major topic to do co-work aspect research. Besides, this case study is not only help people to understand risk evaluation, project management, supplier chain management, but also support enterprise evaluate risk and direction when co-work with customer.
