In recent years, the environment has changed rapidly. How to maintain the competitive advantage of enterprises has become a major issue in the academic and management circles. The concept of dynamic capabilities has also emerged. In the past, we focused on what dynamic capabilities companies need to develop to improve organizational performance. Therefore, this study explores the impact of problem identification capabilities on individual task performance from a dynamic capabilities perspective. In addition, the mediating mechanisms and moderating mechanisms between the two will also be discussed in this study.
The research object of this study is 53 departments, including unit managerial staff and unit staff, totaling 233 persons. In this study, multilevel structural equation modeling (MSEM) was used for data combination testing. The results showed that problem identification capability has a significant positive effect on task performance.
