Good people are hard to find and talent people are much harder to find. With the popularity of knowledge and the advancement of science and technology, the current society changes fast, the business model is constantly emerging. How can companies find good employees to help them compete in the same industry? "Competency" is an effective and fast indicator to determine whether an employee meets the needs of the organization. It is also a mainstream method of recruitment practice. This study starts from the competency and discusses the impact of the competency on unit ambidexterity and task performance. Moderating factor, absorb capability, is also discussed in this study.
