本論文利用Pro/Mechanica軟體來分析筆記型電腦螢幕支架作動行為及應力分析。主要是應用電腦輔助設計及分析的技術,來模擬支架在螢幕開啟或關閉模式,相關元件彼此相互作動之下應力變化情形。
本論文所運用的電腦輔助分析之運作流程為:(1)建立螢幕實體模型並簡化模型及設定邊界條件;(2)在最佳測試區中增加設計參數,執行全區靈敏度分析,獲得各設計參數的最佳範圍;(3)依據設計參數的最佳範圍執行最佳化分析,得到螢幕開啟的最低應力值;(4)變更負載及元件重量方向執行最佳化分析,得到螢幕關閉的最低應力值;(5)比較螢幕開啟及螢幕關閉的最佳化分析結果,得到最低應力值及最佳尺寸。
本論文之研究提供給機構工程師在類似的結構設計有一個完整的分析與參考模式,並藉由CAD (Pro/ENGINEER)與CAE (Pro/Mechanica)的整合介面,縮短操作者的學習曲線,並減少產品開發時間及設計變更費用。
This thesis uses Pro/Mechanica to analyze the motion and stresses of the bracket of a notebook’s LCD panel. The major theme is to apply the functionalities of CAD and CAE to simulate the physical behaviors and find the relevant stresses during panel’s motions.
The major procedure of CAE analysis in the thesis includes: (1) create Pro/ENGINEER geometric models for various parts of LCD panel and then simplify the models for relevant parts, (2) set up the boundary conditions, (3) for the panel in its open status, carry out local sensitivity analysis, global sensitivity analysis, and optimization analysis to find the effects and trends of design parameters onto stresses of the panel frame, (4) conduct the same analyses for the panel in its closed status by changing the direction of load and mass, and (5) find optimal design parameters and the resultant stresses by comparison of the results of the analyses for the panel in its open and closed status.
The research results of this thesis set the ground for a design engineer to integrate Pro/ENGINEER and Pro/Mechanica to shorten the time-to-market of a product and reduce the costs incurred from design changes.
